Academy of Learning’s Accounting and Payroll Administrator diploma program helps you build practical skills in payroll, bookkeeping and accounting support so you can prepare for opportunities in business, finance and office environments.
You’ll learn how payroll systems work, how to apply payroll legislation and how to complete bookkeeping and accounting tasks used in real workplaces. As part of your training, you’ll build knowledge in areas such as Payroll Fundamentals, Payroll Compliance Legislation and Basic Bookkeeping while gaining experience with tools like Sage 50 Premium Accounting, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Access.
You’ll build the skills needed to handle the details that keep businesses organized, from maintaining financial records to helping ensure employees are paid correctly and on time. You’ll also develop communication, office and business skills that support day-to-day work in payroll and accounting support roles.
Upon completing the program, you’ll be eligible to apply for the Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification through the National Payroll Institute (NPI), helping you build payroll and compliance knowledge that can support your career path.
